In 1895, the Marx family immigrated to the U.S. from Baden, Germany. They must have raised cattle in the old country, because they naturally gravitated toward the meat business here, initially as cattle dealers and butchers, first in Brooklyn, later in New Jersey.
In the 1990s, the Marx family transitioned into meat importing and distribution. Today, Frank Marx, along with his sons Justin, Keith and Garrett Marx, lead a team of meat industry professionals experienced in every facet of the business. Their mission is to seek out the finest meat and seafood programs in the world.
