Venison striploins are a flavorful, tender boneless venison cut – the equivalent of the beef cut where NY strip steaks come from. They have been completely denuded (cleaned of surface membranes) and offer superb yield (100%). They can be roasted whole or sliced into smaller roasts, steaks, or medallions with minimal effort.
Striploins are an excellent choice for dishes where you want to showcase larger slices of meat than you’d typically get from smaller tenderloins.
